Mike and I have been consulting for 4 years now! I initially started with him to gain a better understanding around proper fueling for training, and cutting weight without losing strength for competitions. Together we will track your macros, body weight, body image, food intake, energy levels, mood and training to assure we are moving in the right direction

Nutrition plays a key role in achieving your goals, whether that be athletic, or aesthetic, and we plan to help you every step of the way.

Here is what you will receive:

 Stop guessing and learn exactly how much and at what time you should be eating to maximize both performance and aesthetics.

Ask your coach about  anything else you may need on your journey to success.

• On-Boarding Form (to be filled out and returned ASAP)
• Customized Macros for training days and rest days
• Weekly Check-in Spreadsheet
• Access to the private TGITN Nutrition Facebook group

Upon completion of your onboarding form you will be granted access to the private TGITN nutrition Facebook group. 

Your coach will set up your custom macro prescription and any other advice.

Upon reviewing your weekly feedback and progress , we will update with macro adjustments for the following week.

We will repeat this process for as long as you choose to be involved in the group.

Mike Kesthely

Mike has been involved in athletics his entire life, ranging from years playing box lacrosse, martial arts, rock climbing, mountain biking and CrossFit. He has worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the Lethbridge Fire Department since 2000, and is the past Health & Fitness Coordinator for the department. His passion now lies with nutrition & functional lab analysis, and improving client performance, health and longevity through dietary augmentation.
