Repeat for 4-6 weeks then move on to intermediate workout program

The program is designed to be done Monday, Wednesday & Friday so you get a rest day in between each workout.

You could also do it Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday if that works better for your schedule.

You can add in 30 minutes of cardio on your rest days.
